Happy New Year ASHRAE Northeast Chapter!
You spoke, and we listened! This fall, a survey of potential presentation topics was passed around. The topic that had the Highest level of reported interest was Variable Refrigerant Flow, which will be the topic for this month’s lunch meeting.
Come start off the new year and join ASHRAE for our January lunch meeting and presentation at the Italian American Community Center @11:45am on Tuesday, January 22nd, 2019. This month’s presentation topic will be VRF Principles of Design and Selection, as presented by Jim Melfi.
Mr. Melfi has numerous years of experience as an Engineer and Sales Manager for Daikin. He has spent the past seventeen years in product development, support and sales with Daikin. Jim specializes in HVAC systems, in particular: variable refrigerant flow and applied terminal systems. He has nearly 30 total years of experience with various companies within the HVAC industry. He holds a Bachelor of Science, 1989 from the Clarkson University, and is a member of the American Society of Heating, Refrigerating, and Air Conditioning Engineers (ASHRAE).
